End User License Agreement

If Link Logic Solutions provides software or digital materials, it grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials only for the agreed business purpose.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, sublicense, remove notices, or use licensed materials to build a competing product unless a written agreement expressly allows it.

Link Logic Solutions retains ownership of its software, templates, documentation, workflows, and related intellectual property. Customer data and third-party materials remain subject to the applicable agreements and ownership rights.

The license may end if the applicable agreement ends or if the materials are misused. Upon termination, use should stop and copies should be deleted or returned as required by the applicable agreement.
