Shipment coordination

Shipping details are typically coordinated around the project scope, install window, recipient readiness, carrier requirements, and kitting instructions.

Addresses and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Address changes, delivery restrictions, site hours, and recipient instructions should be provided before release.

Risk and delays

Carrier delays, weather, access restrictions, incorrect addresses, customs, or third-party service interruptions may affect delivery timing.

Tracking details may be shared when available, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Damaged or missing shipments

Report damaged, missing, or incomplete shipments promptly with the project name, tracking number, photos when available, and the affected device or kit identifiers.
